Make It Monday Coasters

Well, I had a great domestic week. I did some embroidery and some sewing and of course some baking. I had some leftover fabric from a skirt I made so I thought I would make some coasters. I think they are absolutely adorable. Unfortunately I don't have a need for any more coasters so I'm offering them to you! If you think they're cute and would make a great addition to your house, just leave a comment. Next Monday I'll announce a winner.

Pick me! Pick me! I've been wanting to replace our ugly cheap coasters for some time, but I don't think about it enough to actually do something about it. :)

So I've been wondering...what kind of sewing machine do you use? do you use a serger? if so, what make and model? just curious...:)

I love those coaster, such a fun simple idea! Especially with all those scrap just lying around! I love your blog too, just so darn cute and fun!!

I used to use a really good, old Singer but I used it to the point the motor started smoking and that was that. Since we were still in school I found a great deal on a basic Singer on Craigslist. It works great for basic sewing. Someday I want a serger. Someday. :)

They are so cute. But I don't have a coffee table or anywhere to use them. I guess I could use them on our nightstand. We'd only need 2 though.
