Canned Apples

I decided to can the 20 pounds of apples we picked. I just did a basic light syrup with cinnamon.  They look delicious.  I love how versatile these apples will be. I can make pie filling or applesauce. We could eat them alone or serve them over vanilla ice cream.  Yummy!  It's going to be a good winter.
